Holidays we plan

Four starting points. Most trips end up as a mix of all of them.

A thatched beachfront villa above white sand, with palm trees behind it and clear turquoise water in front

Beach holidays

Zanzibar's east and north coasts are lined with soft white sand and warm, shallow water. We match you to the right stretch of coast and the right hotel, whether that is a barefoot lodge tucked into a fishing village or a beachfront villa with a private pool, and fill the days in between with as much or as little as you want.

Honeymoons

Zanzibar is built for slow, quiet days together. We plan honeymoons around the things couples remember: a sunset cruise on a wooden dhow, dinner set up on the sand, a quiet stretch of beach away from the crowds, and hotels that understand the occasion.

Family vacations

Travelling with children changes what makes a good day out. We choose hotels with room to spread out and calm water to swim in, and build days around trips that work for every age, from a picnic on a sandbank to feeding the green turtles at Nungwi.

Cultural and historical tours

Zanzibar's history runs through its buildings, its food and its people. Walk the alleys of Stone Town with a guide who grew up in them, taste cloves and vanilla on a working spice farm, and spend an afternoon in a village where the day still turns around fishing and the tide.

Eleven day trips led by our local guides, with pickup from your hotel. Add as many as you like to any package.
